1st Floor - The Wartburg (55 people) - Lyon & Healy - $ 250.00 per hour
Basement - The Bauernstube (40 people) - Otto Altenburg - $ 200.00 per hour

DAY RATE FOR SOCIAL EVENTS – 5 HOURS MINIMUM (5 hours)

2nd Floor - The Ballroom (120 people) – Steinway Grand B - $2,150.00 Flat Rate

*50% Rental invoice Deposit to secure the space. The deposit will be applied to the final invoice (non-refundable).

Reserved rooms are available to enter from the time it was reserved. If earlier time is needed it needs to be adjusted on rental request. NO FREE REHEARSAL, WARM UP AND SET UP TIME!

*$40 per Technical Equipment (Podium, Microphone, Projector Stand, Music Stand)
*$50 for Wireless Internet service
*$40 per Tablecloth
*$3.50 per Linen napkins

All rooms are subject to availability.
*Minimum room charge for concert or music events is three (3) hours.
*Minimum room charge for social events with food is five (5) hours. [3 hours events and 2 hours set up time]
*All catering requested provided by Openskies Hospitality Inc. only. No outside food permitted at all!
Violation of this rule will terminate further use of the Liederkranz Foundation.
*Every group should be sponsored by an active member of the Liederkranz.
Specifically, when alcoholic beverages are being consumed on the property!
*All charges should be paid to The Liederkranz Foundation on day of event.
Liederkranz Foundation has the rights to cancel booked events if any harm is done to the organization or doesn’t fit with the building rules!
